Excluded marks

The following identifiers are excluded from the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 and Apache-2.0 license grants unless a separate written permission says otherwise:

• ITDO
• the book title when used as branding
• logos, icons, and related brand identifiers associated with ITDO Inc.

Nominative reference

Reader-facing and contributor-facing documents may use those names to identify the book, the repository, or the publisher. That nominative use does not transfer brand rights.

Companion materials

If future publication assets add logos, cover treatments, or branded visual systems, those assets remain outside the default repository license split unless a file says otherwise.

Commercial or partner reuse that needs brand permission should follow the contact path in COMMERCIAL.md.
